Mahi Mahi
This fish is most commonly found in the Pacific and Western Pacific and is caught from California to Hawaii, the U.S. Pacific Island territories and the Indian Ocean. The Arabian Sea, particularly the coast of Oman, also has mahi-mahi.
The United States and the Caribbean countries are the primary consumers of this fish, but many European countries are increasing their consumption every year. It is a popular food fish also in Australia, Japan and Hawaii.
