Barramundi
Barramundi is a species of catadromous fish in the family Latidae. The species is widely distributed in the Indo-West Pacific region from South Asia to Papua New Guinea and Northern Australia.
Barramundi has mild flavor and white, flaky flesh, with varying amount of body fat. It is a favorite food in Asia, Australia and USA and could be served by baking, frying, and grilling. It’s becoming one of the most popular white fish!
