Yellow tail
Yellowtail, also called amberjack, is a large fish found in tropical and temperate waters of the southern hemisphere and the northern Pacific. The fishing season in Asia is from autumn to winter in China/Korea/Japan.
The fish is popular in Japanese crusine due to its good-tasting fatty meat which is good for making sushi. Because of its popularity, yellowtail is raised in fish farms in Japan, South Korea, and Australia
