Milkfish
Milkfish is farmed raised fish mainly available in Taiwan, Indonesia and Philippine. It could be processed in many way including whole round, butterfly fillet, smoked, dried, fish ball, etc.
The small size of milkfish serves good bait for long line fishing due to its shinny scale. The fish meat has strong flavor and fatty belly. So bigger size fish are widely accepted for human consumption market worldwide.
