Bonito (Bullet tuna)
Bonito, also called bullet tuna, is sea-caught fish available in Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea. The fish shares with large family species and is widely used for both human consumption and bait.
Bonito meat has firm texture and dark color. It is a popular food fish for grilled, baked, canned and dried flakes.
It also serves a good bait. It is bloody fish with dark meat which could be chunked or stripped for great bottom bait. The head could be used for crab/lobster catch.
